Benefits of Service Maintenance
How It Works
To perform your service maintenance, our certified service technicians will carefully disassemble your laundry equipment. They inspect all common parts pertaining to that piece of equipment
Adjustments will be made if needed to your belts, flames, locks etc and switches. Lubricants will be applied when necessary. Routine gas checks are performed to ensure there are no gas leaks. On certain machines, the tech will drain the oil and replace with new.
The service tech will clean your dryer and remove the excessive lint buildup and/or debris. Finally, your machines will be tested for proper operation. Management will be advised in writing, of any worn or broken parts that need to be replaced or may need to be replaced in the near future.
The most important reason for you to have maintenance performed is for safety. It is highly recommended that this service is completed at least every three to six months. Note that, each business’ needs will vary based on your turns per day, and the type of linens being washed. Our service coordinator can help you better understand your needs.
Keep in mind that when your commercial laundry equipment is working properly it consumes fewer utilities. Clean and properly operating equipment also decreases the time it takes to complete a load of laundry which decreases labor.
Catching worn parts before they break can save you downtime, additional money, and undue stress. But most of all, you’ll have peace of mind that your equipment is operating at peak efficiency. Arrangements can be made to have the preventive maintenance completed around your work schedule.
